New Features

• 886 IKS: Win-a-Feature: Configurable Email delivery per user

Many users perceive to receive too many emails from GoCompliant, especially when a control task is overdue (daily reminders). Now, each user can customize their email preferences in the "My Settings" menu. This allows users to configure reminders for overdue control tasks and escalation alerts to be sent only on a weekly basis (on Mondays) instead of daily. Additionally, there is an option to send alerts for overdue actions and workflow steps only on a weekly basis (on Mondays). This can be defined in the Action Type / Workflow Type and applies to all users.

• 900 ERM: Heatmap Redesign Part 2

In the Risk Assessment module, the display of the heatmap has been further expanded. Now, the heatmap displays various changes, e.g. from the previous period to the current period and comparing inherent and residual risks.

• 829 ERM: Trigger Emails for Risk Assessment Tasks

When using tasks for assessors in Risk Assessment, it is now possible to trigger emails with the corresponding notification to the assessors. These emails are not automatically generated upon the creation of the Risk Assessment but can be manually generated by clicking the respective button in the Risk Assessment.

• 679 DMS: Workflows for Document Versions

Previously, in the Document Management System (DMS) module, workflows could be established for new documents. Now, it is also possible to create a workflow for a new version within an existing document. This can be useful, for example, when revising an existing policy.

Small Enhancements and Improvements

• 888 WF: Display emails due to workflows in objects
  In control tasks, actions, incidents and risk assessments, emails that were triggered due to a workflow are now also displayed in the respective tab.
