- 705 ERM: Reporting & Heatmap in one tab
In the area of Risk Assessments, the tabs Reporting and Heatmap have been merged and the allocation of risks to a reporting level (e.g. Top 60) has been separated into a separate tab "Report allocation".
The screens have been optimised and the user can create various heatmaps with just a few clicks. - 588 CORE: Win-a-Feature: Staff Change Notification (Step 1/2: Display and Reassignment on Staff Level)
In the Admin menu "Employees" in the tab "Current Assignments", all objects (control tasks, actions, recipient groups, etc.) assigned to a specific employee can be viewed and, if necessary, assigned to a new employee. This is particularly helpful in case of role changes or when an employee leaves the company. It provides an overview on the open tasks / responsibilities of an employee. - 716 ERM: Multiple dimensions for impact estimation enabled
The Risk Assessment configuration allows a distinction of several types of risk impact estimation (e.g. financial impact, regulatory impact, reputational impact etc.) For each risk type, it is possible to define which dimensions shall be available in the assessment of the risks. For each risk, an aggregatred result is automatically derived based on the main risk matrix.

- 715 ERM: Initial situation (new type of Risk Estimation)
In addition to the two estimation types "gross risk" and "net risk", a third type "initial situation" is now available. - 692 DMS: Validity from-to added to overview
In the documents overview, the validity of the current document version is displayed for each document. The column "Validity" remains empty if the document does not have a currently valid version. - 660 CORE: Additional fields enabled as rich text fields, standard fields (descriptions) mapped as richtext
Certain standard fields (description of report, action, finding) have been converted to rich text fields to allow better formatting. Customised text fields can now also be defined as multi-line texts with formatting options (richtext). This allow to create lists, links etc. - 756 IKS: SmartControl Rows (Excel feed) can be distributed using Task OU
Enables the distribution of detailed data for a control task based on the task OU. Various control performers receie the same control, but different control data. - 650 ERM: Risk Detail Reporting also shows status of measures/actions
The status of associated actions can be displayed in risk detail reporting. - 652 IA: Linking of actions to risks
Links between actions and risks are now coded as fixed field (instead of additional field). - 763 ICS: Import of recipient groups & control plans
The Signer and additional fields to the control plans can now be imported via Excel interface. - 695 IA: Import Actions/Findings/Report extended
The fields Report Rating, Report period, Affected OU, customer-specific fields, original Action Due Date, Actions Completion Date, etc. can now also be imported. This facilitates data migration. - 743 ICS: Import of controls & control plans extended
The data fields Asset (as a link to the new asset inventory in GoCompliant) and Control Status can now be imported.
