- 991 New risk dashboard
Risk assessments and risk inventories have been brought closer together.
In the "Dashboards - Risk Dashboard" menu, it is now possible to view and analyse information from the risk inventory, supplemented with information from the risk assessment, at a glance. This can be filtered according to various criteria.
A graphic also shows how many actions are linked to the displayed risks, when they are due and when they were last updated.
- 1138, 1139 and others: Authorization assignment via profiles
Detached authoriszation profiles can now be created, which can be assigned to an entire OU. This means, for example, that new employees in a particular OU can automatically be assigned the role(s) defined in the profile. In a later expansion phase, these profiles can then also be automatically assigned to individual users or via AD-Synch.

The bug has been fixed, the case occurred in connection with missing authorizations, which is now better intercepted.

- 1157 Final rejection of a WF made possible
In the workflow type, you can now use a checkbox to control whether the WF should be deleted if it is rejected. This flag is set automatically and cannot be removed if any fields are blocked during the WF.
- 1124, 1126 and others: Technical improvements
The latest penetration test in December revealed small optimisation options, which have been implemented by our security experts in this release, so that the software also remains up to date in this area.
