  • 1274 Left sidebar navigation can now be customised

With a new admin menu, the main sidebar menu can now be customised and thus tailored even more individually to customer requirements. This includes not only the names of the menu sections, but also any filtered content, new submenus or very specific search and display templates for the menu.

  • 1275 Dynamically configure action overview, as with issues

Columns in the actions view (overview) can be customised as of this release. This permits the lists to be configured according to customer requirements and the data relevant to the customer to be displayed. A template is supplied which is very similar to the previous solution, but can be changed at any time. Important: Actions can now be edited via the link on the left-hand side and no longer by clicking on the edit icon (pencil) on the right as before.

  • 1759 Suggest the appropriate sub-status when changing status in the Support Desk

Administrators have long been calling for the default sub-status to be proposed by the system when manually correcting the object status (for actions, issues, exceptions or reports). This has now been implemented.

  • 1288 Ongoing custom workflows are better visualised in the objects

The increasingly important workflows, as long as they are in progress, will be shown more prominently from this release onwards. This was achieved by implementing two changes:
1) A warning pops up when opening the Support Desk if there are ongoing workflows
2) In the relevant object (action, issue, ...), a bubble with the number of open workflows is displayed in the Workflow tab

Small enhancements and improvements
  • 1273 Actions can be separated from their issue (looser links to primary issue)

If required, the action type can be configured to allow the action-issue links to be changed and even unlinked. This means that actions can be attached to other primary issues or detached from issues altogether.

  • 1277 Simplify comment types (in actions, issues, reports)

If a comment is created in an item, its type, e.g.  ‘Implementation’, ‘Status update’, ‘Workflow’, ‘Expert’ etc. can be selected depending on the authorisation. The selection of the type can now be configured in the action type and the selection can be reduced. Example: the comment type is always “Status update”.

  • 1199 Make Risk Status (active y/n) available as an export field

When exporting a risk assessment, the ‘active’ criterion (yes/no) is now also displayed in the risk data fields. 

  • 1966, 1993, 1935, 1986 and others: Technical improvements

Various small technical improvements and bug fixes have also been implemented in this release.
