New Features
- DMS custom fields
Customers can now configure any metadata in the document management system (DMS) using custom fields such as drop-down menus, dates, number fields, hyperlinks or free text fields. This means that all the necessary information can be conveniently saved for each document.
- DMS table overview configurable
The table overview of all documents can now be customised using a template. Users can decide which columns are displayed and in which order. Different display templates can be stored for different purposes and all displays can be conveniently searched, organised and filtered.
- DMS Excel export
The various displays in the DMS can now also be easily exported to an Excel spreadsheet. The respective column selection and sequence for the export is configured using the above-mentioned templates.
Various small enhancements & improvements
- Clearer risk assessment for multiple loss types
The risk assessment for multiple loss types has been made clearer and therefore more user-friendly.
- Configurable risk inventory table and risk context tab
The table view of the risk inventory and the ‘Context’ tab in the detailed view of an individual risk can now be configured as required. This means that exactly the information that is most relevant for the respective needs is displayed.
Of course, various other small technical improvements and bug fixes have also been implemented in this release.
