  • 886 IKS: Win-a-Feature: Configurable Email delivery per user

Many users perceive to receive too many emails from GoCompliant, especially when a control task is overdue (daily reminders). Now, each user can customize their email preferences in the "My Settings" menu. This allows users to configure reminders for overdue control tasks and escalation alerts to be sent only on a weekly basis (on Mondays) instead of daily. Additionally, there is an option to send alerts for overdue actions and workflow steps only on a weekly basis (on Mondays). This can be defined in the Action Type / Workflow Type and applies to all users.

In the Risk Assessment areamodule, the display of the heatmap has been completely redesigned. The displayed risks can now be filtered and presented more effectively.

Previously, in the Document Management System (DMS) module, workflows could be established for new documents. Now, it is also possible to create a workflow for a new version within an existing document. This can be useful, for example, when revising an existing policyIn the Action Type, it can be defined that emails, in addition to being sent to the Action Owner, will also be CC'd to a central recipient (Sideway Receiver). This concerns emails regarding Implementation Review (Rejection or Acceptance), Post-Closure Review (Rejection or Acceptance) and Action Reopening.


Small Enhancements and Improvements

  • 833 IA: Elimination of Affected Organizational Units

The affected organizational units in Actions and Issues have been eliminated, reducing the amount of data input required by the user. This simplifies rights management and reporting while providing greater transparency regarding visibility.

  • 742 IA: Assignment of specific materiality to Actions and Findings/Issues

Similar to the recently introduced materiality feature for observations, now both Actions and Findings/Issues can be documented with specific materialities. Dashboards and statistics can then be based on this data.

  • 860 IA: Editable Completion Date in SupportDesk

The completion date for closed Actions can be manually adjusted by an administrator user. This is particularly helpful for actions that were completed too late, ensuring more accurate statistics.
