Release Date: 27.04.2023
Release Components: GoCompliant Toolsuite
New Features
- 1270, 1170 More options for rejecting a workflow
It can now be specified in the workflow type which rejection options shall be available:
- Send back to requestor (this was already in place before)
- Reject definitively and terminate workflow
- Send one step back
- 1246 Locally hosted Azure virus scanning
Uploaded attachments can now be scanned for viruses within our SaaS environment (opt-in, i.e. we will activate this on request). We already offered the option of virus scanning previously, but had to use an externally hosted service (Virustotal).
- 1210 Add help texts to custom fields
For custom fields, help texts can be added in various languages, which are displayed while the field is being edited. Help texts can be formatted (bulleted lists, highlighting, etc.) and can include links to further documentation.
- 1150 Maintain dashboard filter on OU across multiple tabs
When performing a drilldown in a dashboard, the system remembers which OU the user has navigated down to and maintains this drilldown for other tabs of the dashboard as well.
- 1212 Enable new “Set data” system step in workflows
In the customer-specific workflows, data can now be automatically transferred to the target object. Exemplary use case: A periodic review of an action is required, the current status is queried in the workflow and filled in by the user. The system then automatically transfers the text to the action comments.
- 1208 Enable validation/closure with custom workflows for multi-step validation
Previously, the validation of new actions, exceptions and issues was limited to two steps. Validation can now be implemented using customer-specific workflows and can therefore be implemented very flexibly with several steps or even individual approval instances depending on the object.
Small Enhancements
- 1281 Clearer identification of the handling strategy for issues
The handling strategy for an issue (e.g. reduce, avoid, accept, etc.) is now more clearly identified using icons.
