You will be informed per mail about a new version of the Tool Suite. The mail will also contain release notes about bugfixes and/or new functionality delivered in this release. The version will be available in the download area as in the initial release.
Step-by-step instructions
- Download the .war file for the new version from the download area. Attention: Internet Explorer sometimes renames the .war file to a .zip file. If that happens, just rename it back to .war.
- Stop Tomcat.
- Open the folder webapps of your Tomcat installation, delete the file ROOT.war and the folder ROOT.
- Copy the downloaded .war file to webapps.
- Restart Tomcat.
- Verify that the new version has been installed by accessing the application and checking that you see the new version number in the footer:
